Pay/Benefits:

- Pay based on experience, $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client management.
- Process Work Orders.
- Process Agreements, Estimates, and Invoices.
- Human resources management.
- Assist with scheduling crews.
- Subcontractor/Vendor management.
- Track vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Inventory control.
- Assist with business compliance.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Must have strong computer skills. Understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and cloud-based programs.
- Knowledge of management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail, independent problem solver, thinker, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn and exercise good judgement.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- References and background check may be required.
Additional experience in the following will be considered.
Office assistant, office manager, executive assistant, administrative coordinator, administrative manager, and administrative specialist.
