As a Warehouse Technician at Vinaga Lab, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Your role will be critical in supporting our mission to transform farmland into sustainable sources of energy and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on warehouse equipment.
Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in safety training and drills.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics.
Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.26 - $22.04 per hour
