Job Duties:
-
Manages operations for all of MI West Region
-
Supervises the day to day operations for their assigned district
-
Overall management responsibility for the staff
-
Partners with clinical directors to ensure the overall productivity and success of the district.

Works with the center coordinators and/or practice managers so they can succeed in their role
-
Assists with new employee onboarding (admin + nurse); training, work schedule, performance appraisals
-
Responsible for staffing, vacation requests and coverage
-
Supervises the implementation of team or companywide initiatives
-
Manages payroll and handles inventory and ordering of office supplies
-
Responsible for quality, motivation, and coaching
-
Diagnosing and resolving problems within and among work groups
-
Ensures staff is following company policies and creates a safe working environment

Responsible for driving revenue to meet or exceed company goals for their district

Enforce corporate policies and procedures to assure employee compliance

All other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must be able to travel to all Michigan West CVR Clinics: Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Lansing, Midland, Saginaw, Wyoming and Portage

Medical Operations Management experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably with a multi-site organization

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to handle confidential information

Effectively and professionally interact with executive and external shareholders

Must be highly professional in appearance, tone, and delivery and an effective communicator both verbally and in writing
