Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and services to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing employee performance by providing feedback, coaching, and recognition
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent training development skills to enhance employee performance
- Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial transactions
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
