ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent guest service while actively supporting the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

Offer all guests a warm and friendly welcome

Accurately and efficiently operate the register to accept payment from food and beverage Guests in a prompt and courteous manner

Bring guests to their seats, answer their questions, provide directions, introduce them to servers for additional help if needed

Thank them on their way out and invite them to return

Assist as needed to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous cashier and customer service experience highly preferred.
The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The County Fair Buffet operates between 5AM-11PM, 7 days a week. We are open to Casino guests between 7AM-8/9PM depending on the day of the week. Cashiers/Hosts are typically scheduled during open hours. Because we serve Casino guests, morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability may be necessary.
