Job Description:This is not your typical real estate cold calling job. We are a company that invests thousands of dollars in marketing every month. Your job is to close pre qualified leads. By the time the lead reaches you, it has already been qualified by the lead generation agency that we work with. Then, it is re-qualified by our in house lead manager. By the time it reaches you, these are MOTIVATED sellers. Your job is to close.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to leads in a timely manner when they are sent to you in our CRM.
-Follow up on leads continuously. This is not typically a “one call close” type of sale. Homeowners that we work with demand a white glove treatment and need to be guided through the sales cycle.
-Work collaboratively with lead manager and other team members
-Update CRM with relevant notes from calls.-Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers and ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to all parties involved in the closing process.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, closings, or a related field.
-Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Self starter and problem solver, does not require constant oversight.
-Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
-Proficient in CRM, Google tools, and docusign.
Compensation-This position is commission based. OTE: $96,000.
