Job Description:
As a Real Estate File Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and the ability to handle a wide array of responsibilities independently. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Essential Duties:
- Open all real estate files and order title searches
- Communicate professionally and efficiently addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing with some light lifting
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Real Estate background helpful, but not necessary
