- Use of agency management system for documentation and workflow management
- Issue Proofs of Insurance- Auto ID cards, Certificates of Liability, Evidence of Property
- Support client billing questions
- Receive and process premium payments.
- Policy premium allocations for clients utilize policy rating worksheets
- Managing of the past due accounts via provided workflow
- Reviewing policy documents against agency management system for accuracy
- Creating summary proposals and verify against policy documents for accuracy
- Process minor policy changes as directed by Account Managers with carriers
- Access property records via PVA sites for underwriting data
- Retrieving policy documents from carrier systems

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
