Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including billing, fuel pricing, data management, customer, and partner relations. We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to excellence to undertake various tasks related to billing, fuel pricing, data management, customer, and partner relations.
Position Duties include but not limited to:
- Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile dealer credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Margin Analysis: Review daily margins, investigate variances, and report findings.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports and assist with month-end close
- Commission Reporting: Collaborate with the retail team to review the monthly partner site commission report.
- Pricing Updates: Maintain the station pricing tracker with daily updates.
- Partner Support: Serve as the primary contact for partner sites regarding chargebacks, pricing, billing, drafts, or reading inquiries.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure consistent and accurate data entry, maintaining the integrity of information.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate a strong ability to learn, grow in industry knowledge, and develop fuel industry expertise.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Team Collaboration: Exhibit a team-player attitude by performing tasks beyond the primary role, including supporting coworkers, handling clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Workflow Adaptability: Adapt to changes in workflow processes, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with customers, carriers, and various internal departments, including accounts payable, dispatch, and sales, to resolve customer service inquiries and handle special billing situations.
- Dynamic Environment Adaptation: Excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with meticulous attention to detail in data entry, research, and problem-solving tasks.
- Independent Problem Solving: Operate autonomously with minimal supervision, using resourcefulness to address issues promptly and meet deadlines.
- Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Strongly prefer a four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other business-oriented fields.
- Fuel industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills to sort through high volume of data and information
- Ability to anticipate problems and address them proactively

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
