Successful candidates will have:
-Solid experience (4yrs) in classical and modern progressive cuisine, preferably under notable chefs or in notable establishments.
-Protein / Fish Butchery Skills.
-Menu development & experience sourcing local products from National and Local suppliers.
-The desire to at first learn, then uphold and improve upon the cuisine and concept that makes us successful.
-The desire to assist the Chef with the creative direction, cleanliness, and flow of the kitchen
-Communication skills! Energize those around you with your attitude, lead with humility, be a part of the team.
