The HR Generalist will be a key player in our HR team, primarily driving critical functions such as employee engagement, rewards programs, employee recognition, performance appraisals, tracking of monthly and quarterly employee evaluations, and follow-ups with department managers. This multifunctional and seasoned role demands a proactive, knowledgeable, and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The HR Generalist will also play a crucial role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization and will be heavily involved in managing talent acquisition, tracking, and reporting.

Be the primary driver for employment engagement, rewards programs, and employee recognition initiatives.

Oversee performance appraisals and the tracking of monthly and quarterly employee evaluations.

Follow up with department managers to ensure continuous employee development and engagement.

Manage and oversee the talent acquisition process, including tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for diverse roles within the industry.

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the smart electronics sector.

Research and implement external programs to enhance the company's talent pool.

Collaborate with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry groups to develop partnerships and pipelines for future talent.

Assist in the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.

Help resolve any compensation-related issues.

Lead the development and implementation of a performance management system that reflects the fast-paced and innovative nature of the smart electronics industry.

Train managers on performance evaluation techniques that encourage continuous improvement and innovation.

Manage performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.

Conduct frequent market analysis to retain the company’s competitive advantage in the smart electronics sector.

Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment standards to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.

Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Fundamental knowledge of GMPs, safety protocols in manufacturing work settings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
