Job Description:
A Framer/Carpenter Technician is a versatile professional who excels in various aspects of renovation work. They possess a deep understanding of construction practices and safety protocols, enabling them to perform tasks across multiple trades with precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in bringing visions to life. Working with a dynamic team, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects with precision and finesse. Your tasks will span a wide range of trades. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to create stunning transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks across all aspects of the framing trade.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Meeting project milestones
- Train & supervise young carpenters & apprentices
- Cover materials ordering & tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and trade partners to ensure project expectations are met.
- Provide detailed daily job logs to include a daily crew planner and weekly outlook reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in the framing or carpentry field.
- A can-do attitude.
- Proven Plumbing Experience with residential and/or commercial projects (Renovations & new builds) is required. 5+ years of experience with references in any related trade is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- A great attitude and adaptable mindset.
- Honesty and reliability.
- Great communication skills to liaise with teams, customers, other trades, and organizations.
- Own a Basic tool kit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on various types of projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quality and tidy workmanship skills.
- Valid Drivers License and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
