Job Description
McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP is a Los Angeles-based plaintiff trial law firm seeking a skilled litigation paralegal to support its attorneys in Direct Action and/or Mass Torts. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all of the details throughout every phase of trial – from investigations to pleadings and discovery – as well as will be responsible for closing out case documents.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research.
- Update and maintain internal databases.
- Prepare witness and other materials for case preparation.
- Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation.
- Notice depositions.
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions and trial preparation.
- Extensive interaction with clients, experts, and providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal
- Paralegal certification from an accredited program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Nexis-Lexis, and general office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Resourceful research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
