We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services and products
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
