We are seeking a northeastern US Business Development Manager to join our team! You should have experience selling architectural products to the High-end Interior Architecture/Construction industries.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in the high-end residential construction markets, primarily in the northeastern US.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Develop detailed proposals for review with owner and submittal to customer.
- Meet with stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the contract cycle.
- Create and curate sales material and presentations.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Existing relationships with top high-end residential and commercial interior architecture and design firms, and general contractors.
- Proven track record in high-end residential construction sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience in the Architecture, Interior Design drawings and specifications.
- Ability to read architectural plans, do take-offs, and create proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
