Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain and update property management database
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion
- Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Provide phone support and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications:
- MUST KNOW VIETNAMESE
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of property management principles is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
