Role Focus
The Repair Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the equipment repair process including written and verbal communication with our customers, troubleshooting, quoting, procurement, and logistics. Additional duties include supervising the repair technicians, managing the shop schedule. sales, sales support, applications, scheduling, and marketing of pumps, pump parts, and pump repairs.

Key Targets and Responsibilities
- Price and quote repairs.
- Create scopes of work, bills of material, and source parts for OEM and non-OEM vendors.
- Create professional and thorough repair reports documentation.
- Supervise employees
- Manage production schedules
- Have extensive knowledge of pumps and pump parts
- Provide technical support for shop personnel and customers.
- Communicate status and schedules to customers and sales.
Additional Duties
- Size and select pumps for new applications.
- Marketing, videos, sales presentations.
- Tracking profitability, costs, and shop expenditures.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
- Expand the existing relationship and sales with assigned accounts.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- BS/BA degree (preferred) - will accept experience in lieu of education
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the service of manufactured products, pumps, or valves.

Solid experience in equipment repair, troubleshooting, technical support, communication, and time management.
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and jobs at one time.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, go-getter attitude, and provide above and beyond service.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Experience with customer relationship management software (SugarCRM).
