Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, etc.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Requirements:
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in file management and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for legal documents
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
