Position Overview:
Along with AAA Movers, you will be playing an integral part in the marketing of our other family-owned brands. Each brand is a part of the home services industry. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for tasks revolved around web development, content creation, PPC management, email marketing, paid & organic social, and more.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Wordpress, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO, Social Media Marketing, GA4, Email Marketing, and Canva or Adobe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google/Bing, Meta, NextDoor, and display networks
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including copywriting for ads, blog posts, SEO, and social media posts
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools like ServiceTitan, Mailchimp, SmartMoving, and GA4
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Proficiency in Wordpress for website optimization and data analysis
- Strong research skills to identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors including use of research tools like Semrush and GA4
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using applications for creating visual assets like Canva
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management processes such as Zapier
- Understanding of advertising principles and experience managing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective copywriting and communication with team members
