```Duties```
- Must have a 2-15 or 2-40 license
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance policies to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
```Experience```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or sales administration
- Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance products
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs and market trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is a plus
