Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as anAssociate Relations Specialist. As an Associate Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Coordinates internal and external recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
- Conducts Company presentations, plant tours, interviews, background checks, and drug screens. Coordinates interface with temporary agencies and temporary workforce.
- Assists in onboarding, orientation, and training of new full-time and temporary associates.
- Administers workers compensation program--including support of incident investigation and recordkeeping, preventative, and corrective actions for safety improvement, claims management, hearing attendance, etc.
- Administers performance evaluations, compensation, fringe benefits, and supports associate involvement/recognition programs
- Communicates regularly with associates from all levels of the organization regarding Company policies, procedures, programs, and general associate relations concerns
- Utilizes HRIS system and other software to monitor human resource metrics and compile various reports
- Participates in activities and programs that support good public relations and effective working relationships with community organizations

Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong proofreading and transcription skills
- Ability to perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Previous experience working at a front desk or as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Ability to adapt to computerized systems and learn new software quickly
