Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper and customer service representative to oversee our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate on office procedures and create a productive work environment.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry (1-2 yrs minimum)
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, sub- contractors, and employees.
•Proficiency in payroll processing
•Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
•Assist with payables and receivables
•Coordinate sub-contractors services
•Assist with scheduling
•Payroll processing and ensure accuracy
•Collaborate on office policies and procedures
•Handle HVAC and Plumbing office management tasks efficiently
•Manage phone systems and customer inquiries promptly
•Onboarding new employees
•Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Hours:
·7:30am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday
