JOB SUMMARY: The Dispatcher, Dispatch Coordinator develops delivery routes and maintains contact with drivers throughout the day. Collaborates with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers. Monitors radio frequencies, prepares reports to enable supervisor to plan, control and validate expenses to meet departmental requirements. In addition, the successful individual will have excellent customer service, and will coordinate the storage of medical records through Iron Mountain.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degrees: High School Diploma or GED, B.S. preferred in a related field
Licenses & Certification: Texas Driver License
Work Experience: Three (3) years of general transportation
