self-funded clients.
Tasks:
- Plan Education and Member Assistance
o Educate members and providers on the health plan and plan payment methodology
o Respond to inbound communications from members and providers regarding the plan
o Make outbound communications to members and providers regarding acceptance
o Teach members how to navigate a preferred provider website and TC Connect tool
o First level balance bills received from Customer Support Specialist
o Escalation to PHIA
o Executing Single Case Agreements (SCA)
o Executing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
o Maintain a log of providers to be added to internal database
o Daily updates into Avedon system for the Compass Connect tool of accepting/non-accepting providers
o Documentation of all communications into designated systems
o Provide Monthly reporting
