As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries - Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they provide outstanding customer service - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Monitor and maintain the appearance of the front desk area and lobby - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to front office operations Skills: - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of hotel management software systems is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel front office management or related field is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
