D & L Entertainment Services is NOW HIRING a Field Supervisor (mobile position) to work in the Dallas Metro Area.
We can offer $17.00 per hour for this full-time opportunity.
The specific shift details for the role available are:
Role #1: Thursday and Friday from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and Saturday & Sunday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
The main function of this role is to check in on multiple properties and the guards positioned at those properties to ensure the team members are performing their duties and properly dressed.
You must also learn each post/role we have so that you can provide coverage if we have someone call off. You must also be willing to stay past your shift end time to provide such coverage and be flexible during holiday time.
The individual that joins our team must have at least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience. They will need to demonstrate a detail-oriented, highly-organized mindset while maintaining a high level of professionalism. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through their interaction with clients, guests and D&L Team Members.
Positively representing your role and D&L Entertainment is imperative.
Job Functions may include:
- Access Control
- Asset Protection
- Enforce venue policy and procedures
- Complete & submit all required reports regarding incidents
- Monitor venue via closed circuit camera, access control, fire detection
- Safeguard venue assets through foot patrols of each building and grounds when necessary
- Have client relationship skills in order to effectively collaborate with clients
- Experienced and capable in providing front line guards with coaching and feedback
- Report unsafe working conditions/practices through chain of command
- Take appropriate first measures to correct any unsafe condition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and a good driver record
- Have your own vehicle to ensure reliable transportation to and from the D&L Main Office
- Have personal auto insurance in their name
- Ability to meet attendance standards
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
- Able to pass all criminal history background checks
- Must be 18 years of age, 21 years or older preferred
- Problem solving skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Requires current State of Texas issued Level II Security License
- Must have at least 3 years of security experience and currently working in the security industry
- Skills in assessing customer needs and exceeding quality standards of service
- Appropriate appearance and dress required at all times, uniforms are provided
- Excellent communication skills between all departments, customers and the public
