Be part of a team at the Houston site where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SIOP Supply Planning process for the site
- Create and maintain Master Production Schedule
- Engage in the entire materials planning process
- Capacity requirement review
- Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
- Correction of discrepancies with quantity, documentation and quality for orders
- Adhere to all Honeywell requirements as it regards planning, inventory.
- Coordinate among purchasing, production, sales, customer service, quality, and engineering teams
- Continuous improvement plans
- Escalates identified risks

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 years of experience in production or supply planning
- 5+ years’ experience and expertise with SAP preferred
- 5+ years in ERP Systems
3+ MPS knowledge and experience

WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with SIOP and production scheduling processes
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer applications skills (Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes
- Knowledge in lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology
Mentor junior members of planning team
