Element Skin Therapy is Billings’ award winning skincare spa specializing in corrective skin treatments, lash lifts, and brows. We are looking for a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist that is a go-getter and enjoys a fast paced work environment. Our ideal candidate would have some front desk experience, but most importantly needs to LOVE all things spa + skincare! We are also looking for someone who envisions themselves with us long-term as we are deeply committed to growing you within our company and investing time, education, etc. into your professional development.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
- Acting as a "skincare concierge" for our clients
- Learning our product lines & available treatments
- Sending emails and other various computer work
- Maintaining the spa atmosphere including cleaning & laundry
- Inventory management
- Resetting treatment rooms after clients
- Social media content creation
- Retailing & utilizing our POS system
- Regularly lifting 30 pounds
- Educating clients on products and effectively selling skincare products
- Interacting with our clients in a way that ensures they receive the “Element Experience”. We deeply care about our clients and ensuring they are happy + well taken care of is vital in this position!
This position is also a great fit for a newly graduated Esthetician looking for quality training and experience. It is our company policy to first promote within for available Esthetician positions!
A background in beauty, spa, skincare, and/or client relations is required. It is imperative that our Spa Coordinator be able to explain our services and products we sell. We are looking for someone with a bubbly and charming personality, who possesses the necessary skills to properly schedule appointments utilizing a booking and POS software system (basic computer skills required). A familiarity with social media and "trends" is also important as content creation is also a part of the position. We love someone with a creative mind!

We are open 7 days a week, so some weekend availability is a must. We typically keep our schedules consistent so you are working the same days every week.
