Platinum Appraisals and Tax Grievances is a growing real estate company looking for a long term team member to help with the organization and running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Must have a positive outlook and able to work well with others. Must be able to speak clearly on the phone, have a warm personality with great communication skills, and be able to multi-task. Responsibilities include:
-Creating files for appraisal orders
-Scheduling appraisals
-Entering data and handling high volume of emails from clients
-Answering phones
Experience in real estate is a plus. Must have experience with computers, will train in the use of our specific appraisal software and websites.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
