Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Yoga Studio General Manager to drive sales and oversee daily operations at YogaSix in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a strong background in relationship-based sales, and the ability to successfully manage a sales team.
Duties:
SALES & MARKETING
- Achieve studio profitability and growth targets through strategic, relationship-based selling
- Generate new customer prospects for the studio through referrals, business to business networking, and events
- Lead the sales process achieving high-quality relationship-based sales and role modeling effective selling to staff
- Schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships and event development on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic
- Work with Digital Vendor and Assistant Manager to maximize marketing efforts across multiple channels
CUSTOMER SERVICE & MEMBER EXPERIENCE
- Ensure all members have a high-quality experience in studio leading to high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Address and resolve customer service issues
- Design activities to promote member engagement
- Monitor and implement tactics to minimize member attrition
MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the studio run smoothly
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and mentor studio staff for high performance in a relationship-based boutique fitness environment
- Participate in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfort with a base salary plus incentive pay compensation structure
- 2+ years of fitness sales or other sales experience
- Proven experience in generating and following up on leads
- Confident in training front desk staff in sales, and providing ongoing coaching and team communications
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and workshops
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes, using good judgement
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email; solid grammar and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Ability to always stay calm and act respectfully and professionally, even with customers who may become angry or raise their voices
- Proficient with computers and ability to quickly learn studio software

- Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, including some nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods
- May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time; may be required to reach with hands and arms; must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car; may be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
