THE JOB:
As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing data on patrons related to marker limit privileges and process marker limit requests and applications. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
STARTING RATE:$23 /hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
· Master marker limit issues and KYC regulations. Provide insightful KYC reports to management.
· Investigate patrons’ financial stability and background. Deliver comprehensive analyses to management.
· Leverage third-party reports and IRS forms for CDD reviews. Present findings to management.
· Work with patrons, gaming establishments, and various MGMRI departments. Efficiently process Marker Limit Requests.
· Maintain and update patrons’ marker limit records and reports.
· Handle Central Credit RTM reports for management review.
· Verify and process banking information and checks. Keep accurate records of Marker Operations.
· Audit marker limit changes and provide reports to management.
· Detect and prevent suspicious activities. Protect customer and company information.
· Send daily “Unlimited” report emails for NGCB approvals.
· Answer multiple phone lines with top-notch service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
· Must at least be 21 years old.
· Has at least one year experience as a loan officer or other related field.
THE SCHEDULE:
· For the first 4 weeks, training will be during the day shift.
· Afterwards, this role will be scheduled to work the swing shift and has to be available to work between the 6:00 PM to 4:45 AM.
