Positon Summary: The Floorplan Associate is responsible for maintain company floorplan credit lines. Organizational Relationships: Interacts with internal customers and external lenders at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.
Job Responsibilities:
Flooring – In order to maximize cash flow, ensure all vehicles meeting company guidelines are added to our established credit lines in advance of lender cutoff schedules. After vehicles have been added to the credit line, journal entries should be recorded to accurately reflect the new liabilities. Payoffs- All sold vehicles should be removed from our lend credit lines using payoff schedules that ensure maximum cash flow while operation within lender terms. Resulting journal entries should be recorded to reflect all payoff activity. Schedule Cleaning – All account schedules affected by floorplan and payoff activity should be reconciled at least twice a week to ensure compliance with all company and lender requirement. Perform all other projects and task as requested.

Qualifications:
Working knowledge of MS Office software – MS Excel, Access, Word, and Office Proficient in 10-key and typing skills Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills Must be able to communicate effectively with store management Must be highly organized, and have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities General ledger experience required Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required

Floorplan Lead or other cross functional SSC position
Physical Requirements:
This is largely sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors and using a keyboard and mouse.
