Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager. They are growing and investing in their future. To continue this growth an experienced and energetic marketing professional to spearhead our marketing initiatives in collaboration with our executive team is key! You, as the successful candidate, will report to the COO.
Essence of the Position
They have recently refreshed their brand identity and modernized their digital presence, so they are looking for someone comfortable with a broad spectrum of marketing tactics to develop and implement strategies and campaigns. This role is supported by two full-time and two part-time employees. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make meaningful impact at a growing company and take on a new career challenge.
This is a hybrid position – you will be in the office at least 3 days per week. There is plenty of free parking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop holistic marketing strategy and delegate to associates. Set and manage timelines and ensure work gets completed on schedule.
- Oversee creation of quarterly seasonal catalogs; including writing copy.
- Oversee creation and distribution of weekly and seasonal email marketing campaigns on Constant Contact.
- Oversee social media strategy, ensuring execution aligns with overall goals, target audience, and ladders up to KPIs.
- Have familiarity with the website in order to do light maintenance and updates as needed, as well as coordinating with external vendors to ensure everything is working properly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive professional experience.
- 6 + years of Marketing experience, at least 2 years’ experience managing people.
- Demonstratable experience with email campaigns, SEM, SEO, PPC, etc.
- Strong campaign analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook
- Proven track record of successfully prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire, manage, and collaborate with other team members to achieve a common goal. Approachable and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
