Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and capabilities of different vehicles
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent phone etiquette for making outbound sales calls and following up with leads
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Familiarity with cold calling and market research techniques to generate leads
