Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking dedicated Remote Service Providers, ONLY with prior Orthopaedic experience, to serve patients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls for patients who seek to schedule office visits. The Remote Service Provider helps collect and update patient demographic data in the patient’s clinical chart. - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Schedules appointments with the correct providers
- Accurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and third-party information to ensure the patient's chart is accurate and up to date
- Quickly identify patient needs, clarify information, and transfer patient calls to the right department
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Display superior customer service skills and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to exhibit cooperation, flexibility, and provide assistance when interfacing with physicians, management, staff, team members, and patients
- TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ORTHOPAEDIC EXPERIENCE
