Job Title Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical components for tension meters according to established procedures.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of assembled products through meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electro-mechanical components as they arise.
- Ensure incoming vendor parts are meeting quality standards through inspection.
- Monitor hardware inventory and kick-off reorder requests as needed.
- Take the initiative to drive operational efficiency by consistently delivering suggestions for process optimization as part of the established cadence.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Familiarity with precision tools and equipment used in assembly processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Comfortable working in a production line environment and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience on a similar role.
- Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Vocational or technical training in electro-mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Experience on electronics soldering is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
