Aspire CFS and ES helps children diagnosed with Autism and other behavioral disorders to reach their full potential by developing individualized plans and providing a highly-trained team to implement those plans with high fidelity. Aspire is seeking Behavior Consultants to join our small but growing team in Southeastern PA.
Aspire is family owned and has a personal interest in providing quality Autism treatment. IBHS leaders are local, so decisions are not handed down by remote investors. We are currently looking for both contractors willing to work as a 1099 or employees who are looking to join a growing organization.
ABOUT YOU:
Behavior Consultants are the foundation of the quality ABA services we provide, so ideal candidates have strong technical ABA skills, value teamwork and have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency. We work in a variety of settings so our BCs must be comfortable providing services in a home, school, or community setting.
Who you are:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate
- Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
- Passion and dedication for providing quality services to young children and adolescents in a special education setting.
- Available for school locations local to you.
About the Role:
- Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS).
- Oversee treatment and make modifications to treatment based on data.
