- Actively engage and talk to potential customers by asking probing questions to find out their tea needs
- Follow up with suggesting teas, gifts, and accessories for purchase
- Provide excellent customer service with every transaction
- Manage cash, product inventory, and company equipment with utmost integrity
- Bring smiles and high energy (every day, every customer)
TEAm Member Requirements:
- Prior retail and/or cafe experience or education is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and stay on feet for multiple hours at a time.
- Enjoys interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
