The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is hiring for a customer service driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be providing a first impression to our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet, direct, and provided information to clients, residents, and visitors
- Provide positive and exceptional guest service to all guests via phone and face to face
- Provide tours to guests/family when no one is available to assist.
- Relay messages over via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Provide gentle and compassionate care to all the residents (bringing coffee to table, sanitizing tables, holding a conversation / listening to residents.
- Process documents: make copies, print, scan, fax
- Assist with incoming mail and place packages for back-office staff in the proper area.
- Direct delivery drivers to the proper area to deliver equipment, supplies, merchandise.
- Maintain the front lobby and cafe organized and presentable
- Take dirty rags to the back laundry and bring clean ones back up
- Clean up the cafe (wash all dishes, wipe down all the counter tops, surfaces, phones, tablets with sanitizing spray, wipe handles, etc)
- Restock on all merchandise in the cafe [both fridges] including but not limited to: Condiments, sugars, creamer, heavy cream, hot and cold cup & lids, all milk options, lemonade, refresher base, coffee and espresso beans, hot lids, napkins, straws, etc.
- Organize all the cabinets with our merchandise, ensuring everything is stocked up.
- Preparation of fresh whipped cream, nitro cold brew, and frap roast, and refresher batches.
- Prepare & clean coffee machine
- Run a clean and rinse mode on the espresso machine
- Date and label all syrups, sauces, milk, etc.
- Discard expired items and write a list of needed items
- Clean the buss tub
- Bring surgical masks back up from central supply
- Close/ open curtains, turn light on/off, turn music on/off
- Ensure the main door is always set to auto
- Open/close door for incoming and outgoing guests.
This position is Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) TImes- 7AM-1PM and other opening 1PM to 7PM
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
- Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communications skills (oral and written)
- Outstanding customer service skills
