The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Global Systems Administrator/Sales Coordinator to join our Hyatt Sales Force. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Sales team to be the bridge between Hyatt’s customers and the sales teams at Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels, continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
The Global Systems Administrator and Sales Coordinator is a team player who can work well both independently in this remote role and as a part of a larger dynamic team. The Sales Systems Administrator is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, as well as provide support to the Hyatt Sales Force Inclusive Collection team members as it relates to contracts and system functionality. Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically minded, good oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance. The Sales Systems Administrator has to monitor private information.
Responsibilities also include:
- Manage expense reports and bill backs
- Support daily communication with hotels and Hyatt Sales Force Directors
- Manage all aspects of Envision Sales System for Hyatt Inclusive Collection Hotels, customers, and HSF
- Must be fluent in Excel and able to analyze data as well as prepare reports for end-of-month and end-of-semester activities for sales efforts
- Assist in completing RFPs
- Assist in the team’s workflow, monthly team calls, and overall team connectivity
- Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more
