Position Responsibilities: The following lists a good idea of your day to day tasks but doesn't include them all.
- 1) Responsible for assisting with the overall operation of a car wash site at the Site Manager’s direction. This includes understanding and controlling factors that contribute to (or take away from) volume production and positive customer experience.
- 2) Drives business by focusing on delivering a positive customer experience.
- a) Creates a high energy, professional and customer focused site atmosphere.
- b) Greet customer in a friendly manner and put them at ease. Brief them on what to expect and where to go including the free vacuum service.
- c) Assists customers in point of sale operation if needed.Assist customers in choosing the service that best meets their needs if asked including branded upgrades, pre-paid card discounts and promotions.
- 3) Responsible for the quality of the service provided and the physical appearance of the site. Balance cash at the end of shift, prepare deposits, change requests, etc.
- 4) Troubleshoots and provides solutions to minor technical problems, production problems, associate problems and customer problems.
- 5) Contributes to building team environment on an on-going basis.
- 6) Maintain focus on safety and safety procedures through ongoing training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
