Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to know Quick books and other basic book keeping skills. Along with
boxing products to be mailed. There is also basic office duties.
Duties:
- Enter data into Quick books
-Balance checkbooks
-Box up products for mailing
-filing and other office duties
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Quick books and Excel
-Previous office experience
This is an in person position with flexible schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
