Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with office experience. The hours and days are flexible this would be the perfect position for someone with young children who needs the flexibility or a college student with a set schedule who also needs the flexibility.
Duties:
- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Support clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with data entry and order processing systems
- Must have Quickbooks experience
