Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service professional to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and strong organizational skills. This role requires extensive knowledge of construction equipment repair and maintenance as well as service management .
Responsibilities:
- Transmit a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Detailed invoicing
- Upsell additional services and products to customers based on their needs
- Perform diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule technician jobs (in shop and in field) and ensure timely completion of services
- Communicate with technicians regarding job status and completion
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations, job status and completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership or rental yard environment is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
- Ability to upsell services and products to customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and identify priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to work well in a team setting; Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on special projects or urgent needs
