We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for restaurant baking and daily dessert operations, as well as oversight of breads, ice creams, and much more. Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in a Pastry Cook position. Formal training in plating, baking and other dessert operations is required but appropriate experience is most important.
