This position is for a professional with at least FIVE years experience in this roll performing the functions listed below:
Taking a company that thrived before and through the pandemic and now has all employees back in the office and struggling with cultural problems.
1) Hiring
2) Exit interviews
3) Training
4) SOP's
5) KPI's
6) Reviewing and updating all manuals for employees
7) After work outings (baseball game, softball team, darts team, golf outing, day at the beach, day at the pool, BBQ etc.)
8) Evaluate each position and understand if what an individual's compensation is sub par, just right or excessive
9) Explain all paper work to new hires, assist them with questions and file appropriately
10) Perform all reviews
11) The position is not limited to the above as there are many other aspects of the position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
