Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Life Insurance Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a Life Insurance Benefits Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the administration and coordination of life insurance benefits for our clients. Your responsibilities will include processing insurance claims, providing support to beneficiaries, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Fully Remote
Location: Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri.
Performance Based Compensation: Commission Base and Weekly Bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Process life insurance claims promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with insurance providers and underwriters to facilitate claims processing.
- Assist beneficiaries with understanding their benefits and navigating the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate communication between clients/employees and insurance carriers.
- Monitor and track claim statuses to ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in claims processing.
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients/employees regarding insurance-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.
- License or have the ability to start the license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,956.00 - $59,415.00 per year
