Your Role With Us:
As an integral resource for the executive team, you will serve as the first line of communication to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President and CEO of Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics, as well as the 14-member voluntary Board of Trustees. Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, showcasing your strong judgement, precision, and efficiency.

Communication Hub: You will manage all communication channels for the President and CEO, ensuring timely and effective interactions with stakeholders. This includes handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and facilitating smooth communication flow.

Administrative Efficiency: Your expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, payment processing, and legal document handling will contribute to seamless operations within the executive offices.

Board Support: You will provide essential administrative support to the Board of Trustees, including drafting meeting agendas, coordinating logistics, attending meetings , and following up with stakeholders on action items. Your commitment extends beyond regular work hours.

Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data will be crucial for decision-making and presentations. Your attention to detail will help drive informed decisions.

Direction and Coordination: As a lead within the peer Executive Assistant group, you will coordinate monthly meetings, training sessions, and annual recognition events. Additionally, you will provide backup to other Executive Assistants.
Background/Expertise:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years executive support experience required.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare required.
