SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing Coral Reef Partner’s Project Management Group, which includes a team responsible for the safe and timely execution of multiple water infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will provide managerial oversite regarding overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of projects. Oversees, directs and manages project teams including administration, project coordinators, general contractors and contracted consultants responsible for developing project scope, budget and schedule, to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, etc.
The Project Manager is responsible for overall customer communication, project planning, project engineering, quality management, and compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations. The Project Manager is additionally responsible for the financial performance and cost control of construction projects, which will be monitored through the use of Profit & Loss statements. The Project Manager also coordinates with the Company's Sales & Business Development function to obtain and retain business with existing and new customers.

Education/Qualifications:
· B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum of 5 (five) plus years of construction management experience, preferably related to solar.
· OSHA 30
Preferred:
- Industry certification with practice area specialization of construction/general engineering, or mechanical trades, or civil/environmental engineering. Knowledge of Solar PV.
Requirements/Skills:
- Responsible for overall scope, schedule, and budgets for construction projects generally in the range of $0.5 million to $5 million in cumulative budget size. Primary focus on very large singular project(s) (1 – 3 concurrently).
- Responsible for project planning and delivery.
- Leads team to establish strategic plans and objectives for the function.
- Provides overall direction and planning for budgeting, managing expense priorities, scheduling, performance requirements, recommending and implementing changes to methods, and input on staffing.
- Influences the development and execution of Keystone Construction policies and long-term goals.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to Project Managers.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Participates in the long-term strategic planning.
- Develops and establishes operational policies.
- Sales aptitude and ability to conduct sales, marketing, and business development actions to serve existing customers and to sustain and grow revenues with existing and new customers.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts appropriate senior management personnel of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendations and implements timely solutions to problems related to the same.
- Trains, develops, and appraises staff consistently and effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate.
- Ensures that direct employee training concerning HSE, Operations, Management, Communications, and Technology occurs, as appropriate, at all levels, in concert with on-going programs of the Company, to accomplish personnel career development and continuous improvement.
- Assists the President and Vice President in development of strategic plans for Company growth and diversification.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and other PC tools.
- Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages subordinate employees and contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
