Description
Project 12-Ways is a comprehensive in-home behavioral service providing training to families with a history of child abuse and neglect. This is a term, full-time, Researcher I position within the Rehabilitation Institute. It is an appointment in the Project 12-Ways program.
Examples of Duties
- Assist in the collection and maintenance of treatment, program evaluation, and quality control data.
- Provide technical assistance to project counselors and research staff in the direct in-home delivery of treatment to families with a child abuse history.
- The most complex problems faced by this position are the requirement to have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients, the requirement to remained composed and professional dealing with non-compliant clients, and the requirement to be able to spend 90 minutes in homes with environmental neglect.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree by date of hire.
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in maintaining a changing schedule and a full client caseload.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Social Work is preferred.
- Preference for experience in working with the child welfare system or in behavioral analysis and therapy.
